URoom for udemy Courses App Reviews

First impresson: simple app that works, no bloat. Full-screen mode is great App opens to last page / course I was in.

It works well enough, the HTML5 video player doesn’t go to full screen unless you right click and select it there. Also not as fast as a regular browser so I’ve moved back to safari of Udemy.

Very bad, slow and doesn’t give you al the possibilities like the website. I can not show the discussions on the lectures. I am asking for refund please.

If you are like me and use Udemy everyday for learning and training, you know how much it gets to be a hassle to load a browser, etc. And if you have an iPad like me you see how convient it is to just click an icon to run Udemy. So I decided to give it a try and it works. I’de like to thank the programmer for this app on a MAC! It is a real time saver too. As for the black box comment, disreguard it because it does the same on a browser. Put it full screen, works like it suppose to. I’m giving it 5 stars for sure!

Really nice app. Simple and does what it says. Such a nice interface. You can use Udemy on the laptop as if it’s an ipad app. Good work!

I bought this thinking it would let me download the videos to watch offline (on my bus ride, for example), but alas… it does not have offline viewing.

I was very excited abotu this app. However, when attempting to watch a video, it just shows a back box and plays the audio. Simply put, this app doesn’t keep up with the times. If they decide to fix this, which I highly recommend, I’ll revamp this review.

I have no app that has not at least worked at al.. this is the first. Spinning ball just spins. I have a MBP Early 2011 running 10.10.5, 2.2 GHZ Intel Core i7, 16 gigs ram, plenty of HD space, +Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB and have had no issues with any other app or software, no other apps running, ran Disk Utility without issues and very short time,… saying it’s my comp that is the pblem is an incorrect guess as to why this software is not running properly.

This App is pretty good. I can now get to watch all my Udemy Courses just by one click on my MacBook and even project it to TV. Don’t believe all the negative reviews below. Seems like a bunch of disgruntled folks who are out to make this App look bad. The App works pretty fine. Thanks to it i dont have to remember the URL or type it in to get access to my Courses. *********** 5 STAR *************
